About Shendi Keshet
Shendi is a qualified accountant who emigrated from Canada and has experience as a Finance Director, in both the private and public sectors and within the housing sector, most recently at a large housing association in the south west of England. Shendi is a speaker at a national level and writes articles in the housing sector press. With a particular interest in developing risk management frameworks and enabling businesses to create and integrate social value reporting within traditional financial reporting frameworks, she is keen to explore new software which supports new ways of gathering data, enabling the automation of such reporting.
Shendi has many years’ experience working on boards, enabling businesses to thrive, working at both international and national levels.
About John Donnelly
John is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Secretary with nineteen years' experience in financial services across Funds, Private Equity and Professional Practice in the United Kingdom, Bermuda and the Channel Islands. He has 11 years’ experience as a Director, both Executive and Non-Executive, primarily within onshore and offshore Funds, but also charity and service companies.
About Emma Briggs
Emma moved into the Housing sector 4.5 years ago, after a 12 year career in global buying roles in industrial distribution. She passionately believes that the Housing sector offers many opportunities for people to work alongside brilliant, committed and like-minded others to make a real impact on the lives of tenants. She is Chair of the G15 Procurement Leadership Group, where members come together to share best-practice and explore opportunities for collaboration across London’s biggest Housing Associations.
She is also an Advisory Board member for ProcureCo, the UK’s first Early Market Engagement platform and is heavily involved in the setting up of the first National Housing Procurement Association, offering collaboration and best-practice sharing across all Housing Associations.
